The
situation
A premier cosmetic medical center in Florida offering advanced aesthetic treatments. The clinical expertise was exceptional and the patient results spoke for themselves — but almost no one could find them online, and existing patients weren't being converted into advocates.
When they came to us, they had 4,500 Instagram followers, an engagement rate that barely registered, and ad campaigns burning budget with nothing measurable to show for it. The clinic was excellent. The marketing wasn't working.
