The

situation

A boutique pilates studio launching in Florida, founded by an instructor with a clear vision: a space where movement meets design. The studio was still in build-out and fundraising mode when we were brought on — but the founders understood that the brand needed to exist and resonate before the doors opened.

Most new businesses treat branding as something they will get to later. This client did the opposite. They came to Alina and the team first — and that decision meant the studio launched into a market that already knew who they were.

Building credibility before opening

A new studio in a competitive wellness market needs to earn trust before anyone walks through the door. Without existing clients, reviews, or a track record, the brand itself had to do all that work. Every touchpoint needed to signal premium before there was anything tangible to show.

Identity without precedent

Unlike an established business, there was no existing brand equity to draw from — no loyal customers, no recognizable logo, no visual history. We had to build an identity that felt established and considered from day one, not like something assembled in a rush to meet a launch deadline.

Supporting an active fundraising process

The founders were actively raising money to complete the studio build-out. A polished brand and professional web presence weren't just nice to have — they were tools in active use during investor conversations. The brand had to work hard from the moment it existed.

A pre-launch brand has one job: make the opening feel like an arrival, not a beginning. Alina and the team built the entire brand identity, website, and early social presence around the idea that this studio already had authority — because by the time the doors opened, it did.

Brand identity from zero

We designed the full identity — logo, wordmark, color palette, typography system, and brand guidelines. The aesthetic draws from architectural minimalism and movement: clean geometry, restrained color, and a visual language that feels as considered as the studio space itself.

Website built for pre-launch conversion

The website was built on Wix Studio to be both visually premium and functionally conversion-focused — class schedules, membership sign-up, introductory offer capture, and a waitlist feature for pre-launch. It needed to work as a marketing tool before the studio was even open.

Brand video production

We produced a brand film during the build-out phase — capturing the space, the vision, and the energy before classes had even started. This video became the centrepiece of their social launch, their investor deck, and their website hero. A brand film before a product existed.
